The Labor & Employment Department of Verrill Dana will be hosting two free breakfast workshops:
“Understanding How The Employee Free Choice Act Will Impact Your Business and What You Should Be Doing Now To Prepare"
By now most employers have heard of the likely passage by the United States Congress of a new law titled Employee Free Choice Act (EFCA) that will significantly impact union and corporate relations, including how unions can become the representative of your employees without having a secret ballot election. This program will examine the things that employers should be doing right now to prepare for the effects of the EFCA’s passage in whatever form it might take.
