BOSTON, MA (May 21, 2008) – Tannaz Nourafchan Saponaro has joined Verrill Dana’s Boston office as Counsel in the Private Clients Group, where her practice includes domestic relations and family law, as well as ancillary business/criminal litigation and probate issues. Tannaz previously practiced family law at several prominent Boston law firms.
Tannaz is a graduate of California State University in Northridge (B.A. in French Literature and Comparative Government) and of L’Universite pour les Etudiants Etranges in Aix En Provence, France (Diplome in European Government and East-West Relations). She earned her J.D. from the Suffolk University Law School in 1995.
Before entering the private practice of law, Tannaz served as an Assistant District Attorney for Plymouth County, where she was in charge of prosecuting district court domestic violence cases and other criminal matters. Tannaz continues to serve as Special Prosecutor for Plymouth County, aiding the Commonwealth when conflicts of interest arise.
