On July 1, 2009, the Portland Press Herald published a Maine Voices column authored by Jim Cohen and former State Senator Karl Turner (R-Cumberland).
The article, entitled “Tax relief and reform greatly spurred by new state law,” was submitted on behalf of the Portland Regional Chamber. The article provided both information and bi-partisan support for the tax reform plan adopted this year by the Maine Legislature.
